When: 8 pm tonight, Tuesday June 18, 2013
Who: The fact of the matter is TFoTM doesn't know which council members will be present and Mayor Skibitsky's appearance is a crapshoot based on his attendance record in 2013.
Hey its summertime....they got better things to do then worry or care about whats going on in town.
