Former Mayor: Plaintiff Andy Skibitsky
A court case looms in the near future that will potentially expose the retaliatory behavior of the former mayor scorned by his election loss.

The amount of WPD personnel tasked to investigate this is a blatant waste of taxpayer money. At best, it’s a PDP (Petty Disorderly Persons) offense if the evidence proves it happened. The timeline, starting from the date of the offense to when the complaint was filed, is questionable.
