“On April 5, a municipal judge in Mountainside dismissed all four tickets with prosecutorial discretion.”Westfield Councilwoman Joann Neylan is the Mountainside Public Defender that sworn in Ricerca when he was appointed captain. Former Westfield Town Councilman Jim Foerst is the Mountainside Prosecutor. This is a conflict of interest and the case should’ve been moved to another court.
Accountability is meaningless unless it is for everybody.
