Police Officer Charged

If only he worked in Westfield where corrupt Officer Leonard Lugo works.

He could steal, fabricate reports, lie, and still carry a badge and gun.  Ain’t that right Leonard? 

 Or maybe, just maybe, if he were a corrupt police chief breaking into the police department’s evidence/property room to steel liquor and other property seized in search warrants, he’d just resign and not be charged  Ain’t that right Dave Wayman?
