    Where was the DPW during the storm. They have not been near my street. Oh yeah, that's right, I live on the south side of town.

    They still have not been down my street. What is this crap? I'm sure the mayor's street was plowed. I'm sure that the streets that the Council live on were plowed and I am sure Cappy's street has been plowed. This is a disgrace. I have sent an email to the Mayor as well as left him a voice message. These streets are not safe. Why do we need the DPW - they don't do their jobs. Hire outside contractors.
