Got Snow? It's Coming Tonight...Westfield Schools Closed 1/12/11
Get ready for another blast of Winter. Mayor Skibitsky is ready, are you? He likes to lead by example so tonight he is rallying the DPW to get out and salt the roads in preparation for what looks to be another storm ready to dump up to 10 inches of snow on Westfield. Mayor Skibitsky wants to warn all Westfielders not to throw snow in the street. Cut the DPW plows a break. All eyes will be on those yellow trucks as they hit the streets in the morning with plows a pushin'. The last storm was a warm up, no furlough day scheduled for this storm. Perhaps a cup of hot coco Mayor to warm the heart and soul? Whatta ya say, Starbucks at 8 am? Tall, Grande, or Venti, its on us.
