  5. Heard Wayman and Lugo stole some turkeys from the Chester Turkey Farm to go along with their alcohol heist from the property room.

  6. I’m so thankful this Thanksgiving that Wayman is no longer the chief and was fired.

  7. PORT AUTHORITY, nice try. ;)

  8. T’was the night before Christmas, Wayman did what he do,
He walked out of the property room, with some Johnny Walker Blue.
Some scotch whiskey Glenlivet, and a snowblower too,
He figured, “I’m the chief, the highest ranking in blue.”

Nobody will question, nobody will know,
The property report will be fabricated, by Leo Lugo.

So from now until eternity it’s no longer Wayman the ex chief,
He will always be remembered as Wayman the lying thief.

  9. Sing along to the tune of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

    Wayman, the corrupt police chief,
Crashed his plow in a lot,
    Tried to coverup his mishap,
    Turned into a big jackpot.

    All of the other officers
Laughed and smiled wide with glee,
    They never saw corrupt Wayman,
Breakdown, cry, and take a plea.

Then one foggy late night shift
Dave walked in on night watch
    Went into the property room
Walked out with bottles of scotch!

    Ohhhhhhhhhh,
    Wayman, the corrupt police chief,
    Always shouted out with glee,
    Five fingered discount offerings,
From his property room filled crime spree.

  10. If it were me, you or any of us.. we’d be sitting in prison for official misconduct at the minimum.

    1. Give it time, the fat lady isn’t singing yet, even though Leo is.

  11. Sing to the tune of “Over the River and Through the Woods”

Through the front doors and down the hall, to the property room we go,
Dave knows the way, past walls of gray, to steal a blower of snoooowwww,

While he is there, he calls to his friend, “Hey Leo go get the cart,”
“Steal all the liquor, and grab some cash, we can spend it a Liquor Maaaaaart!”

Now it is time to do a report, to justify their take,
Leo will write, while Dave dictates, the lies the report is faaaake.

    Happy Holidays from Chief Thief

    1. What's going to happen to all the military surplus equipment at the conservation center? Just going to rust away?

      Delete
    2. My money is that once a Chief is made "permanent", that equipment will be returned to the military or auctioned off.

    3. I heard Lugo and Wayman are planning to steal the equipment and add it to their stash of stolen property from the property room.
When is the UCPO going to indict these two? The fish rots from the head.

  12. It is already in the process of being returned or given away.

    1. Is anybody in town even qualified to operate that crane parked in there? I believe the operator needs to be certified under PEOSHA/OSHA requirements.

  13. Scrap it all... take the money and buy more patrol cars.

Marked patrol supervisor explorers are now exclusively used for road jobs.
