I have a question, why do McErlean and Perotta drive aroun all morning instead of directing traffic at busy school intersections? And how about Nicole Stivale, instead of working out in the back of headquarters and showering, she could be helping out.
ReplyDeleteIf you havent noticed no one in the traffic bureaus history has jumped out of their vehicle and directed traffic at a school post unless all other means have been exhausted....they are just too important to tie up for that period of time....afterall whos going to pick up the coffee for the office people......McLean dont mind he can grab an extra powdered donut for the ride.....and if you have ever been on a call with Nicole....the best place for her is in the back........
DeleteBecause she was moved from traffic into the detective bureau and when she couldn't even detect a fart in a paper bag she was shipped back to the traffic bureau. Does that answer your question?
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or has anybody else noticed that the street sweeper has been active only at the Train Station and Clark Street?
ReplyDeleteMr. Paterson,
ReplyDeleteThe Fact of The Matter will be hosting a radio show on BlogTalk radio in the upcoming weeks and would like to extend an invitation to you to appear on our show. As an avid watchdog of Union County government, I'm sure our listeners would be interested in your efforts. Some might question whether your bark is bigger than your bite. TFoTM is throwing a dog a bone, will he bite?
Hey Bruce, what, no potholes on county road South Ave into Elizabeth for you to complain about to the Freeholders?
ReplyDeleteWhy do Westfield police officers continue to degrade themselves by posting sophomoric comments that demonstrate how poorly they think about the town they are hired to protect?
ReplyDeleteWhat are you talking about? I love Westfield and the people I protect and serve. I just can't stand the incompetent promotions made by our chief. Fishing buddy, softball teammate, husband of a flirtatious relationship. I can understand Wayman can't do anything about Perrotta being a detective that mistake was a gift from Barney for special favor but c'mon already.
ReplyDeleteJ.Hall, and you also love eating at Vicki's Diner, Dunkin Donuts, sitting on side streets in your partol cars talking with other cops, and complaining about the leadership. They started out as one of you and I am almost certain you all are lookingin the mirror at wht you would be if you were in the same role. It's union labor, boy's club, fraternity and sophomoric behavior that doesn't stop as one moves up.
ReplyDeleteI retired out of westfield...and I would never want to become what dave and the rest of those bed wetting babies have become.....Dave cheated and sucked his way to chief and if wasnt for Rodger's brother being the chief in Rahway neither one of those idiots would have made past the rank of patrolman....the worst thing to happen to WPD was barney becoming chief and using the you scratch my back I will scratch yours to put his pets in place the department would have been a much better place.....if you had half a brain you would realize that the union has fought the powers in office tooth and nail...but since you are a dave wayman butt kissing moron you have no idea what it is to be a cop.....
ReplyDeleteby the way the only ones sitting in Vickies are the Dave Wayman Cliff Auchter ass kissers.....
ReplyDeleteThe road to promotions has always been tainted. The Barney Backers knew how to get ahead. Norton made his way through the ranks until he wasn't willing to kiss Parizeau's and Then Wayman's ass. He went nowhere after that. The Rodger brothers learned how to work their way up the chain by watching their brother become chief in Rahway. Scott Rodger realized early on that to get ahead he had to screw his friend Riley for Barney when Barney dangled the sergeant's stripes in front of him. It didn't stop there. He's now tangled in Wayman's web of control for conspiring to screw a detective while he was a lieutenant. Captains bars should now buy his silence. Todd Earl sold his soul for sergeant stripes and then lieutenant bars by trying to screw Kasko for Wayman. He got skipped over for lieutenant multiple times hoping that by not protesting he would be rewarded, not so. Bill Moffit made sergeant but when he wouldn't suck up to Parizeau or Wayman he also got skipped for lieutenant. Kevin O'Keefe was assigned to the detective bureau and after a year and a half asked for the stipend he should have received for the assignment. His protest was met with him being reassigned to patrol when Parizeau and Wayman said there was no money available to pay him all the while Sgt. John Ricerca was received a raise for doing the job of a lieutenant. The new officers are learning early how to get ahead in the department from watching how to play both sides of the fence. It's very tough to walk the middle of the fence. Eventually you have to choose one side or the other and depending what side you choose will decide your promotional future. It's the way it has been and always will be. No longer does sitting number one on a promotional list mean anything. Just as Norton, Vastano, Earl, Moffit. So put on the Chapstick and knee pads fellas and hire the Rodger brothers, Ricerca, Battiloro, Lugo, Costanzo, Tango they are the one's that can show you the way. Odor just sit back and watch and be happy until retirement. We all will hopefully get there. Some with integrity and a mirror we can look into.
ReplyDeleteNotice that the names end in vowels of the promoted, Ricerca, Battiloro, Lugo, Costanzo, Tango.
DeleteLike I wrote earlier - Nice postings Westfield Police. Really making yourselves look like the finest and smartest around - NOT.
ReplyDeleteJust a product of the environment inside the police department. As the old saying goes, "$hit flows downstream". When it starts at the top it has nowhere to go but to the bottom.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a real adult approach to life. I wish teh whole department would grow up.
DeleteThe whole department doesnt have to grow up....just a few .... there are lots of capable able bodied people there....however the immature ones got the rank and are running the funny farm....
DeleteWhy was Maria Carluccio standing almost in the middle of the street on Central Ave by the HAWK light shouting to someone in an SUV on the other side of the road? She almost caused an accident herself. I wish I had a videotape of that to show.
ReplyDeleteWhy was detective Lisa Perotta screaming at the ice cream man on Washington St after school today? Very unprofessional.
ReplyDeleteI heard she was angry because he gave her chocolate sprinkles and not Rainbow sprinkles.
DeleteI heard it was because she was looking for a freebie like she usually does at Dunkin Doughnuts. When she was denied she must have flipped out scaring all the children away and costing him revenue.
DeleteHere is a better one, while Officer Beaton was suspended recently for sleeping, texting and crashing his cop car and neglecting duty during a stop at a house for hours to watch a Jet game, he called an officer that was on-duty to go and pick up an order of food at Wendy's in Clark because it's free for police. When the cop went to pick up the food the cashier told him it would be over $30 for the order. The cop paid for it and when he met up with Beatin to give him the food and that he owed over $30 for the food Beaton fflipped out and went down to Wendy's to rip the manager. Talk about a five fingered discount. Sheesh!
DeleteYou can't have a video of something that never happened. You are a liar and probably a Skibitsky flack. And a coward for not identifying yourself.
ReplyDeleteguess he ran out of her favorite treat.......clammy stick.....
ReplyDeleteMaria, you are the liar. It most certainly DID happen yesterday morning before noon-time. You were on the white line about 10-15 feet from the curb on the right side heading towards Clark. Call me a coward all you want, but you are the one who is in need of psychiatric care going around citing Bible verses and rambling on in public and name calling. St Joan of Carluccio. What a joke you are.
ReplyDelete"on the white line 10- 15 feet from the curb" not possible. 10 -15 feet from the curb would put her in the middle of the southbound lane and impeding the flow of traffic which was passing by. The white line is approximately 5-6 feet from the curb line. If she "almost caused an accident" there is no doubt that the Westfield police officer sitting on the corner of Central and Clover would have reacted to the incident.
DeleteMr. Kasko, it was you that she was talking to while you were on the sidewalk. While my estimations may be wrong, she was in the street while traffic was flowing. There was car on the other side of the road also in between the white line and the curb. There was NO policeman there unless he was sitting in an unmarked car.
DeleteI also woul dnot expect a cop to react to you or her because of their connection with you.
It was not me on the sidewalk. As Maria has stated, it was her neighbor that lives across the street from her that she was talking to on the sidewalk. I had pulled my car over to the right side of the road opposite where Maria and her neighbor were talking, to say hello. The car I was driving, not an SUV, was parked between the white line and the curb however, it was not the striped area that prohibits parking or the passing of motor vehicles in the travel lane waiting to turn onto Clover St. 150 ft to the north. I stopped briefly to say hello, never exiting my car, merely exchanging pleasantries and then was on my way. Maria did shout across the street due to the noise of traffic, but it was to say hello. I guess she could have crossed the street from where she was or activate the HAWK light up the block to cross but there was no need as I was on my way. There was, in fact, a police officer parked or stopped at the STOP sign at the corner of Clover & Central (parked on Clover) as I left. It was a marked unit (black and white with light bar on top.) You should absolutely expect an officer to react, and it is their duty to react, if there is an unsafe situation at hand regardless of any "connection" they may have as you suggest. To insinuate that Maria Carluccio was somehow creating an unsafe situation is exaggerating what took place to discredit her. Then again, maybe it was another car that had stopped to talk to her before or after I did. Or,an SUV as Anonymous posted above.
DeleteI wish Anonymous had testified on Capitol Hill in the 1960's when I was accused of shooting President Kennedy. Anonymous would have fingered Kasko for being on the grassy knoll and everyone would have believed.
DeleteListen you feckless coward, Mr. or Ms. Anon, I was talking to my neighbor, directly across the street from my house, 1322 Central Ave., you know the man the mayor called an idiot, buffoon and a jack ass. this location is two houses from where the ridiculous crosswalk is and the person who pulled over to talk to me on the opposite side of Central was none other than Mr. Kasko. I'm sure he would have no problem confirming that fact and that I was no where near the useless crosswalk as you have indicated. Mr. Kasko and I were having a very civilized conversation, I wasn't yelling at anyone. So you see you coward you were wrong on both counts. As a side note, tell me, does the word of God offend you? Oh yes, and why are you anon? Chicken Little!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteMS Carluccio, God does not offend me. You offend me because you are misusing quotations from the Bible to degrade and judge others and using these verses out of context. I also think Kasko is a jack ass an idiot and a liar.
DeleteAt first you said the event never happened. Now you admit that you were talking to Mr. Kasko. Do you deny crossing the street and being in the street, too? You were yelling across to the person in the car on the other side (not yelling at them, yelling over to them because the other rcar and I were coming through). There is a difference.
I am anonymous for my own reasons. You were yelling
What took place is explained above in a response to "Anonymous" dated Friday, September 14, 2012. I will assume you are the same person as both postings came in one right after the other.
DeleteWhile I was parked briefly, Maria never crossed the street. She did stand in the shoulder of the roadway within the painted white line and the curb, not in the middle of the street as some have suggested. She was yelling hello over the noise of traffic passing by. Not uncommon when a person stops briefly to say hello without inconveniencing either person. I guess Maria could have activated the HAWK light and stop traffic to cross and say hello but that would have backed up traffic unnecessarily. Besides, I suppose Maria didn't want to risk crossing at the light were cars are known to blow right through the activated light.
Cat got your tongue big mouth? When I speak out it's because a grave injustice has been done to an innocent person, not to sound like a juvenile tattle tale like who ever you are. I'm also deeply concerned that an innocent child will be injured or killed at that absurd crosswalk. I'll meet you there anytime and activate the light with you so we can count the cars together that blow through the light, WHEN IT'S RED!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is my final response to this ridiculous banter. I was never at the crosswalk that is why when I read your first posting I defended myself stating I was never there. Then when you described in greater detail I remembered I had been talking to Frank for a minute that late morning. So you see you loser you jarred my memory. I never lied or exaggerated like YOU!!! Now unless you have the courage to identify yourself, we're done. Evil always hides itself behind a cloak just like satan who comes to us as an angel of light, and that's not out of context, neither are any of the scripture verses I read at council meetings. You must feel convicted that's why it bothers you so much. God's word never comes back void. Bye Bye. Unless you have the courage to come out.
ReplyDeleteYou are not a Christian woman - You are a Narcissist.
DeleteBe done with me, Ms Carluccio - I don't care. What else will would we uncover when your memory is jogged?
