ReplyDeleteWestfield Councilwoman Joann Neylan is the Mountainside Public Defender that sworn in Ricerca when he was appointed captain.
Former Westfield Town Councilman Jim Foerst is the Mountainside Prosecutor.
This is a conflict of interest and the case should’ve been moved to another court.
Accountability is meaningless unless it is for everybody.
