The Fact of The Matter has learned that the Scotch Plains Police Department investigated an alleged rape in their jurisdiction only to have the Union County Prosecutors Office take 6 months to authorize charges against the alleged suspect.
A source has indicated that the Union County Prosecutors Office was the reason for the delay in charging the suspect in the alleged Scotch Plains rape, allowing the suspect to remain free and travel to Florida to violently rape another young women.
It was only after news broke in Florida on Friday, August 14, 2020 of the rape in Florida, that the suspect in the Scotch Plains rape was charged in New Jersey. Those charges were filed on Monday, August 17, 2020, which was the next business day.
The source has confirmed that Scotch Plains investigating personnel repeatedly requested permission to charge the suspected rapist and the Union County Prosecutors Office inexplicably refused those repeated requests.
Why did Union County assistant prosecutor Bruce Holmes wait until August 17, 2020 to authorize charges against the suspect in the Scotch Plains rape?

When i read her intro press article a year ago in the media of her becoming temp UCP, i saw there was nothing of depth in it, but figured since the county is corrupt its just another CLM (Crony Lives Matter) move, like ex FH sullivan, ex-FH Bergen, ex-FH Scanlon, FH Mirabella's patronage, even Cryan and ex-aide to BFF senator Scutari Oatman with big underserved salaries and bumped up pensions. So we end up with the failure of county govt we deserve since no one can stop them.
