Just Like in Edison, It Happened In Westfield PD

The year was 2018 as well.  Disgraced Westfield police “Thief” chief David Wayman was caught stealing from the police department’s evidence/property room.  The crime was exposed on the heels of The Fact of The Matter uncovering Wayman’s hit & run accident in a town owned vehicle and his elaborate cover-up that resulted in an investigation and his resignation.  Along with Wayman’s departure, a police lieutenant, Leonard Lugo, was demoted for his role in the cover-up.
