What exactly are a town administrators job duties besides adjusting the microphone height at the town council meetings?

  2. He provides the town attorney's law firms with a steady flow of income from the taxpayers. His inability to settle employee complaint issues and handle other managerial duties forces the complaintant to become a plaintiff and seek a resolution by way of a formal grievance and/or lawsuit. This has gone on for years and there is no end in sight.

  3. Didn't Gildea and the town council give the town's attorney a 50% raise recently. Increased their hourly rate from 100 to 150 an hour.

  4. At a time when municipal employees are accepting zero percent raises and in some cases have given back holiday pay, it would seem reasonable to hold the attorney's pay rate to a comparable wage freeze. If they balk, move on to other representation that is more fiscally responsible.

The attorneys drag everything out, request more contract meetings were nothing gets resolved and bill the town for their time. It's all a scam to make more money and the taxpayers foot the bill. Rick Danser is the town's labor attorney and is whistling all the way to the bank on the backs of the taxpayer. He loves it when Gildea screws up.

  8. ROFL lets not forget that Gildea appointed Tracy to Chief after knowing he was corrupt and it cost the Taxpayers a fortune and put the Police Department back to the stone age. Gildea pushed for Wayman to Captain and all you have to do is read here to see how that is working out. Under Scutti as Chief there were no lawsuits by Members of the Department and 3 grievances in 11 years. Since Wayman took the helm as Captain he averages that a month,Tracy was costly, Wayman will break the bank.

  9. Gildea should do this town a favor and hand in his resignation. One bad decision after another. Jim, what do Tracy and Wayman hve on you that you forces you to make such ill advised decisions? It's got to come out sooner or later.
