Board of Education Business Administrator and Board Secretary Bob Berman was charged with second degree bribery in conjunction with a bid-rigging scandal.

    That is some town the taxpayers of Westfield are paying for. Leave it the Attorney General office to make the arrest. The prosecutors office probably decided not to do anything. At least Johnny Bravo will have company in jail.

    How is this any different than a Westfield Police Captain soliciting free work to be done at his houes in return for a promotion to the detective bureau?
