Ferarro's Begins The Rebuilding Process

Ferarro's will begin the rebuilding process now that it's insurance company has rendered a decision on the claim submitted following the tragic fire that destroyed the restaurant.

This morning, the street has been blocked off to begin work in the area.  Within the near future, possibly today, investigators will again, sift through the property's fire debris to try and piece together what caused the fire.  Arson has been ruled out as a possible cause.

The Fact of The Matter has learned that tenants of the building, including the residents of the apartments above Ferarro's restaurant, have been contacted and advised that any notice of claim must be filed by the end of the week.  This would seem to be a bit premature as a few of the tenants are still in "limbo" managing to put their lives back together after losing everything during the early morning blaze.
