TFoTM has learned that both drivers involved in the fatal accident on North Ave & Tuttle Pkwy were well over the legal limit of .08 BAC (Blood Alcohol Content). The first driver to hit the elderly woman that died as a result of injuries sustained after being struck by two vehicles, was allegedly nearly twice the legal limit (.144 BAC) and the second driver to hit the woman was allegedly well over the legal limit with a reading of (.128 BAC)
All those involved are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
