Bathingsuits on Boardwalk or Pants on the Ground.....Fashion Statement or Fashion Faux Pas

     An Asbury Park politician has decided to make beach-goers in Asbury Park aware of a 40 year old ordinance banning bathing suits on the boardwalk.  The fact of the matter is, fashion trends come and go with some fashion statements seeming to be a bit more controversial than others.
     The Asbury Park ordinance states, "No person clad in bathing attire shall be on the boardwalk or the public walks adjacent thereto."
     Are bathing suits on the boardwalk or sagging pants a fashion statement or fashion mistake?
