    1. Thank you for your comment. The fact of the matter is I have an issue with the mismanagement of my tax dollars that contributes to wasteful spending. The lack of transparency in Mayor Skibitsky's administration contradicts that which he preaches.

  3. Mobile command center was called into action tonight. It was stationed across from Kehler field in case something really bad happened at the HS graduation. WF might be the only town in the USA to have this luxury.

    1. Westfield police chief Dave Wayman would classify the use of the mobile command center at graduation as a counterterrorism exercise much like the $300,000 vehicles use at two Hoboken street fairs earlier this year. You never know when a domestic terrorist is going to sabotage the WHS event. Hasn't happened in decades except for an occasional "streaker" or "mooning."

  4. You got it all wrong, the command center was there in the event Skibitsky had to charge his phone while attending juniors graduation.

    1. How the hell did Westfield survive all these years without the Mobile Command Center and the Elite Police that Wayman has developed......guess the prior administrations (with the exception Parizeau and Tracey) were lacking.......one final thought.....what is the total cost per hour (vehicle cost included) to man and operate the 300k toy?????????

  6. The mayor and town council are in negotiations with homeland security to purchase a surveillance drone for the police chief's "toy" collection.
