Role Model Reject

Who would ever want to grow up to be a lying, cheating, bigoted, narcissistic sociopath exhibiting racist behavior?

No doubt this young boy, in awe of law enforcement personnel, has altered his aspirations and dreams of who he’d like to be when he grows up in light of the circumstances surrounding the disgraced police chiefs sudden resignation from the Westfield police department during the Union County Prosecutor’s Office investigation into corruption and misconduct.

TFoTM has covered the face of the juvenile in the picture below to protect his identity.

    1. I can’t help but grin from ear to ear when someone sends a picture to TFoTM that is the epitome of hypocrisy.
He had an agenda and so does TFoTM. His agenda is over, ours still continues.

  3. Just goes to show you he had people snowed, not his coworkers, but the public.

  4. We have a code word for Wayman at work. Instead of “Dave” it’s “Dick.”
I can assure you that it’s not short for Richard.

So much for the anti-nepotism policy.

  9. Oh look! It’s the month of March and it’s snowing. Will Driver 2 be driving a pickup truck with a plow and get into an accident and cover it up by having Leo do the accident report?

  10. As sleazy as this man was, I have no faith that any one of his co-workers at all levels are not as bad as he is. Where are the Westfield police? What crimes keep them so busy? I know their stomachs are full from eating at Vicki’s Diner and other places. Why are they or out there giving tickets to those who refused to move their cars off the streets when it snowed last night? Why are they not tracking the speeders trying to beat the lights on Central Ave and flying down side streets?

  15. In the annals of Westfield law enforcement, no individual has reached such depths of disgrace as David “Zod” Wayman.
“Zod” was a sobriquet that Westfield police officers used to denigrate their leader. As Westfield police chief, he was called “drama queen.” Known for his pomposity and self-regard, Wayman cut a swath of arrogance unmatched in the history of the WPD. He was the cult of personality. He surrounded himself with sycophants, people dedicated to his promotion and their advancement. The department and the public became the losers.

  16. Battiloro, who enjoys the occasional buffalo slice at Outta Hand, began discussing the initiative with Regjaj, following the abrupt departure of the prior chief last August, something which may have weakened trust between local law enforcement and police, Regjaj said. “It seemed that there was a gap after the ousting of the former chief,” he said.

Battiloro anticipates the event at Outta Hand will be among a series through which the department can strengthen relationships with community members.
