Westfield Patrols Hoboken Super Bowl Festivities: Mutual Aid In Hudson County or Waste of Westfield Tax Dollars?

Westfield Police Chief Dave Wayman in Hoboken

  1. Take notice of who he has with him in Hoboken, all his buddies on ESU. I wonder how many women Wayman got a lap dance from inside the trailer. Shades of the Hoboken crew that went down to New Orleans after the hurricane and posed with Hooters waitresses holding SWAT weapons. Wayman can't resist the women. Just ask Kelly.

  2. Too bad Wayman isn't hooked up with the NYC parking services director. No doubt he would have tried to get free handouts to one of the many Super Bowl bashes like the ones with Jay Z, Nelly or P Diddy and all the other "gangsta" rappers. Knowing Dave, he probably would have racially profiled during the party.

  3. Great job Zod! As chief you're a disgrace. You left the police department short staffed by pulling all your SWAT cronies away from patrol so you could party in Hoboken. Hope you report all the free stuff you took.

  4. I wonder how many other Union County agencies are there helping out.....I think the State Hudson County PD and Hoboken PD are all capable of handling the situation without the help of WPD ESU......did anyone see Bartkus???????? here is a number to crunch....how much in overtime is it costing the town to staff while the heroes are away?????

  5. The department has run short for the ENTIRE WEEK as 9 (yes, NINE) cops are down in Hoboken every afternoon/evening.

  6. First off Wayman is a fake. The reason they are here is JOHN MORGAN who now is the executive director of the hoboken parking authority.

  7. When did Morgan decide the fate of the PD...??????? Did I miss something?????

  8. It would be interesting how many hours Davy spent in Hoboken and not in his office

  9. As someone posted earlier, this is his, "Land of Make Believe," where he actually believes he's, "somebody." He owes JM, big time. Slept in the same bed. JM is the reason he's in the position he is, along with all the sabotaging and deceit he used against other guys and their careers. It's all coming out, Davy, the TRUTH. Your "friends" are slowly, but surely, telling the people you screwed over what you did and what you said to discredit and sabotage their careers in order to make yourself look good when you were a failure. It worked...for now. I wonder if you still JM is, "unemployable"......

    1. Mayor Andy Skibitsky has repeatedly appointed John Morgan to one of the Westfield Town Council's many committees despite the fact that Morgan had deceived the public during the parking deck debate in 2004.
Morgan has cultivated his connections and allegiance to town officials into paid positions not only in Westfield but in Hoboken.
Morgan is just another piece of the corruption puzzle put together by former police chief Barney Tracy.

  10. I saw a caravan of Westfield's specialty police vehicles heading east on Route 22 Sunday morning. Now I know where they were going.

  11. The other day I had the opportunity to talk with a retired officer who will remain nameless, not his choice but mine, and he was informing me how he would attend funerals for fallen officers on his own time to show respect and remind the public how important it was for them to do their job. When the new administration took over they made it difficult for him to attend, and all they had to do was give him a car. Now I see WPD up in Hoboken with their toys costing the town thousands of dollars. Not only the wear and tear on the equipment but the overtime costs for us to pick up because of the manpower shortage created by Wayman taking bodies out of patrol to go there. When will the madness stop, I am tired of paying the taxes and payroll to send our people out of town. The administration can spin it all they want, Westfield will not host an event that will draw the crowds the likes of the Super Bowl. If Wayman wants to train people train them for whats important to the town and the citizens. When was the last time an Officer walked the beat at night and knew the shop owners?????.....Lets face it Westfield is a sleepy village, its important for the police and fire to be prepared for any situation, but the fact that they are traveling all over the east coast to train is unacceptable... the training should fit the situation...and unless the citizens of Westfield stand up and take back the town we are going to be slaves to the egos of the administration...After getting my last tax bill I am putting my home on the market.....by the way it doesnt stop at the Police and Fire, the Board of Ed is out of control too.......
